Jennifer first discovered Yoga and Pilates in 1994 while living in New York as a model.
Upon returning to California permanently, Jennifer earned certifications in Pilates (BASI), Co-Active Coaching (CTI), and Yoga (It’s Yoga), and opened Poised Living in the Bay Area.

As an instructor of Ashtanga Yoga, Jennifer is noted for her uncanny ability to identify what’s holding one back and then unlocking undiscovered potential; and she specializes in results-oriented Pilates. Jennifer feels that coaching is not a tool for digging deep into the past but rather propelling you into a desired future.

Today Poised Living thrives and Jennifer offers personally tailored programs to clients in the San Francisco Bay and Los Angeles areas.
