Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre
The Centre is dedicated to the teachings of BKS Iyengar. Over the course of 30 years, the Centre's founder and main teacher, Sharat Arora, has developed a truly unique and inspirational teaching style. The Centre offers 5 day courses for all levels throughout the year in our centres in Dharamsala, renowned for its mountainous beauty, and in Goa, amongst coconut palm trees. We offer Teachers Training in February and Intensive Courses twice a year. Therapy sessions are offered in January and May.
